Okay let me start but saying ADAM DO NOT ASSUME SOMEONES CREDIT OR BUDGET. I was excited to be shopping for a engagement ring but man Jan and adam didn’t do a great job of impressing my man to spend money in there. We had a budget up to $7,000 but the preferred was 5000$. Horrible customer service... She lost them a great sell and herself as well if she's on commission...
