Caitlyn helped my partner and I look at engagement rings this weekend! She was extremely kind and patient was so greatful for the way she served us and helped us even think through the ring process super greatful for her and how she waited with us through it all! Definitely would recommend this store as a whole super kind and friendly!

Do not recommend Zales go somewhere else. Was sold on a ring with the promise it would be ready by the vacation I had bought specifically to propose. It was a month late and when I asked what the could do to make it right I was basically told to kick rocks. Save yourself some disappointment on orders being ready in time.
