I just picked up my wedding ring that was sent out for a lost diamond for the second time. I was so happy to get it back, after driving 4.5 hours to the store location. After leaving, and heading back 4.5 more hours, and in the sun light, I noticed that they covered up my rose gold! One side is normal, the other looks like white gold. The entire sales staff at the Zales in the Golden Triangle Mall in Denton, are absolutely amazing. Caitlyn was one of the associates who helped me choose a pair of diamond stud earrings for my wife. She was very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend using this location for any jewelry needs.
John did a fantastic job helping us pick out the perfect ring! My husband and I had many questions, but they were all answered thoroughly and thoughtfully. We will definitely be back for all of our future jewelry needs!
