Amazing experience at Zales in Westland Mall! The service was outstanding. Eduardo, the store manager, was very professional and made sure everything went perfectly. Lerida was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful—she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Truly great customer service. Highly recommend this location!
