Found my 'happily ever after' accessory (on sale!) at Zales today. ✨ I’ve been obsessed with the Enchanted Disney collection for a while and was so tempted the last time I was in—I finally had to go for it! The heart and tiara details are exactly my style; it’s like they designed this set with my personality in mind. 👑💖 Such a great experience and I'm so happy with this sparkle! I must have walked in on a bad day. Don’t want to talk to the woman. Pretend I’m not there. Looked at me with no intention of wanting to be helpful. The man gets called by first name… while I am the person wearing the ring. I am a ghost. Taking my business and money where someone can at-least pretend to be friendly and customer service experienced.
I was there yesterday and got to say that The 1st impression in the store is that a very clean one,secondly,the staff are friendly and welcoming. Jewelry wise I saw an amazing set of earrings and matching necklace that I will seriously consider buying soon. I definitely will come back for the purchase.
Zeny, was so helpful, everytime i go she’s always volunteering in helping my needs. She showed me some beautiful pieces. She always clean my rings too. Shes so friendly!
