We started our search at Kay’s in May, we definitely prefer Zales. We were walking in to get sized and look at rings. I was blown away when we walked out with my engagement ring. Eric was so helpful and patient, he kept his focus on what I described. We purchased the ring that we found online and found the matching band in store. I absolutely love my ring! Thank you Eric!
Everyone at the store has been extremely kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience with receiving accurate information has been much different. I initially went in to speak with a manager about complications with my engagement ring. At the time, Alana seemed very knowledgeable, but after returning to the store, I realized that much of the information she gave us was incorrect.
