My wife went into Zales just to get her necklace untangled. Leighan Vevzaal helped my wife and she overheard our son talking about a labubu he wanted. They got into a conversation about a labubu and she went into the back and gave my son one of her personal labubu’s. It absolutely made my son’s day, he was over the moon. We went to Zales because I had been buying jewelry from Zales for many years. I've always been very happy with my purchases. Looking for a ring anniversary style we were greeted if you would call that greeting...... By Anthony ( I believe) who didn't even stand up or smile. He didn't seem very happy that we were there and even less happy to show us different rings. I saw a ring that I really loved but because of the service an attitude I decided we are going elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Went into the store looking for a ring to match my wife’s current ring in terms of style, color, etc. Richard sat down with us and went over options and gave us feedback. Richard was an extremely professional individual and I felt he really gave us his fullest attention from when we walked into the store until we left. My wife casually mentioned that her current ring was dirty and he was quick to offer cleaning it. Overall… fantastic experience.
