I recently had to visit because my ring broke, and sadly, they no longer made the same one. However, Eric Mills made the experience wonderful! He was incredibly quick to assist us, super patient, and answered all of our questions with care. He was friendly and welcoming approach truly made the process so much easier. Thank you, Eric!

EDITED: WE LATER FOUND OUT AFTER TRYING TO HAVE THE DIAMONDS INSPECTED THAT NOT ONLY WE WERE SOLD A PRE-OWNED RING BUT THE DIAMONDS WERE NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. WE WERE INFORMED BY THE NEW MANAGER THAT ALMOST ALL OF THE PREVIOUS STAFF INCLUDING THE MANAGER WAS LET GO FOR SIMILAR ACTIONS. I CONTACTED CORPORATE ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO AND THAT WE WERE STUCK WITH A RING THAT HAS NO DIAMOND BOND AND THAT OUR ONLY CHOICES WERE TO EITHER TRADE UP OR RISK WEARING THE RING AND LOSING OR DAMAGING ... read more
