This is a Paddock Mall Ocala mall review, Too start idk her name but she is tall she’s a sales lady she is a very over weight white girl and she Very rude very nasty Always has an attitude with me when I go in. I have heard many people have complained bout her and her attitude. Went into the store looking for a ring to match my wife’s current ring in terms of style, color, etc. Richard sat down with us and went over options and gave us feedback. Richard was an extremely professional individual and I felt he really gave us his fullest attention from when we walked into the store until we left. My wife casually mentioned that her current ring was dirty and he was quick to offer cleaning it. Overall… fantastic experience.

I recently had to visit because my ring broke, and sadly, they no longer made the same one. However, Eric Mills made the experience wonderful! He was incredibly quick to assist us, super patient, and answered all of our questions with care. He was friendly and welcoming approach truly made the process so much easier. Thank you, Eric!

Eric was absolutely amazing. Helped and went above and beyond for me after I had a terrible experience here in December. He changed my thoughts on this zales after all! Better then 5 stars deserved. Thank you Eric for everything!!!

i 100% recommend going to zales for any ring needs, they made the process so simple and easy and even helped me find my dream ring, they are a very organized company and get things done when need to be done. thank you zales! andria was the best!!!
