Had a great experience at the Zales in Terrell Tx were I just move too the store manager Hilda and staff were very helpful nice 😊 I was able to purchase my husband’s birthday gift today 💙

Polite young lady kindly informed me that installing a battery in my Seiko watch required it be sent out to a repair shop and a wait of two to three weeks. Sorry, unacceptable since the service is advertised online with no mention of outside service or 14 - 21 business day waiting period.
