Where do I start- this store and the experience was nothing short of top tier service and staff! Joanna was amazing. We went in with A LOT of needs from jewelry cleanings to looking for real diamond earrings to celebrate a 70th birthday party and she helped find exactly what we wanted! She was very sweet, kind, and knowledgeable. We had a very short turn around time for our item due to traveling out of town so she was able to get the earrings same day delivered to our home.
