I went looking for a ring over at Zales in Terrell Tx and Lesly was my saleswoman and she was so patient and great with me literally looked all over the store didn’t rush me at all. Helped me pick out the perfect ring! Thank you again Lesly such beautiful soul
Very frustrating experience . First impressions are one thing you never get 2 of. Unfortunately zales has made a bad 1st impression and I will use different jewelers in future. Its been almost 20days and I still don’t have the ring I bought . They sent out to have sized and ring came back damaged !! So now I’m still waiting . They ruined the excitement for us. The ring has to be sent back out again for repair . I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else , this is best warning I could give .
