Phyre at the store saved me and rescued my chain. I had my chain cut somewhere, but they ended up not fitting on my wrist. Phyre helped me cut the chain and put it in my wrist! My sales woman, Kathy, was excellent. She provided excellent customer service and really took the time to help pick out the ring I wanted.
I called the store to get advice on what to do with jewelry I’ve had for many years and yet haven’t worn since it were of the engagement variety. Phyre was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. She also was helpful with ideas and suggestions for how to actually enjoy these pieces in a new configuration.
