I had a custom engagement ring done and the final result was amazing. There were a few hiccups along the way with the jewelers getting the design wrong because setting the band was tricky, but Ellen was great and worked closely with them to get it right.

Terrible experience. I visited this store twice and was never greeted by anyone. The employees were on their phones and gave the impression that they had no interest in helping customers. Before coming in, I called to verify that I would be able to do what I needed. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem. However, when I arrived, I was given completely different information, which made the trip a waste of time. I come here every 6 months to get my ring serviced and this location is hands down the best! Ally makes everything so easy and is genuinely good at her job.

Ellen at the Pentagon City location was absolutely amazing!!! She is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful. She’s the store manager and her whole team is amazing. I will only go to her from now on.

I had an amazing experience at Zales while shopping for an engagement ring! Ellen, Ally, Dory, and Brad were all incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect ring.
