This was such a vibe. From the phone call I made to the end of the sale. I enjoyed the knowledge and all the help I received. The team was great. ISAIAH IS THE SHIT!!! I truly appreciate him. He went over and above to help me and bring me out my comfort zone to exactly where I needed to be. The purchase was amazing and the results of the purchase was even better!! In my family Zales is our go to for all our jewlery needs. I've purchased an engagement ring, a wedding ring, a few ringgls for myself and several gifts here. I just love Sonia Jones at the Willowbrook location. She's always so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. We try to only purchase from her. During my last visit I found out she's been with Zales for 42years. That alone speaks volumes for the amount of knowledge she has and the level of customer service she provides.
