I had an unexpected experience at Zales today. I initially was going to Jared to check out a watch, but they didn't pick up the phone, so I went to Zales at Town East, who did. The ladies there were so kind in showing me the watch, honoring a pricing mistake (manager), and also sizing my watch so I didn't have to. I honestly was on the fence with the watch after seeing it in person, but the service was so good, it won me over.
