Customer service HORRIBLE My husband brought me 2 bracelets of my birth stone. One broke. We paid for free repairs. He waited 20 mins with NO help and when he asked how much longer with much attitude was told "at least 20 mins" they took People who came after him before him for a simple drop off. I don't want to say it was a race issue but the people not having to wait... we're well... will NEVER spend money here again. Rather pay a jewerler
I've come to this location in town east mall twice before and there is always a issue with a employee from this place .I've seen so many customers leave due to their ungodly waiting time, I dont recommend spending your money here as they are not as attentive to all customers.
