If I could I would give them a zero they are dishonest and over charge you for something you already paid for. Make sure you have all of your receipt on you at all times when you go to this store even if it 600 years ago they will not look anything up but charge you money you already paid for.

I ordered a ring from Zales website and two weeks later, it showed up missing a diamond. I called and they said I could return it and reorder it. I asked about having it fixed and they said it would be between 3 weeks to a couple months. So bummed. Not sure yet what I’m going to do.
Jay was very helpful with helping me pick out a gift for my Love. The process was seamless. So if you’re looking for amazing customer service stop by Zales at St. Matthew’s Mall and ask for Jay!!
