I had an issue with a repair. I had not had my $10,000 ring returned to me in a timely manner and I kept getting the run around. Finally, I went into the store demanding to speak to a manager and I met Cher. I learned it was her third day on the job, nevertheless, she immediately went into problem solving mode for me. A week later, my ring was returned to me, repaired and good as new! Thanks Cher K!

After bringing in my own loose Diamond and talking to Charlene and Tyrion. I went with two awesome rings I was really excited about. After 2-3 weeks and calling the store non stop I even showed up in person and called the store to literally watch them all ignore the phone. I was mad to say the least and took my diamond to Jared which is where this gets interesting. Marilyn absolutely was a blast to work with!! She tracked my ring down after UPS had a ‘misstep’ and kept in contact with me the whole time! Love love love Zales!!!
