This store is run by one of the most real and caring people, and to me, that is what makes the whole experience sometimes . Marilyn shows compassion and really takes time to connect with the customers who come in. I will send anyone to Zales in Chesterfield because they truly are top notch when it comes to the customer experience.
I’ve had my bracelet for 21 yrs now, it was a gift, so, I decided to put the jewelry bond on it. Originally, it was purchased at Gordon’s, the jewelry bond transferred to Zales due to Gordon’s closing. Since this is only one Zales left in VA., CTC, when I say this is worst location, I would NEVER purchase anything else from this store.
