Everyone is so nice and helpful. I was having problems with my ring, but they were helpful.
Marilyn and Charlene are the best thing about this store. Our overall experience was great until it came to dealing with the shop. After 5 returns to the shop, we had to return the ring. The ring was sent out 3 times for the same issue of it catching on every piece of clothing my wife would wear. The other two times were due to a stone falling out or the shop sending it back with a diamond they had chipped.
