Worst experience ever. I placed a special order and cancelled it a few days later and the amount was never refunded to my card. I’ve been working with the manager and assistant manager for a month now and money has still not been refunded. They are trying to say this has never happened before but I highly doubt that. Every time I go to this Zales location the customer service is amazing! Marilyn helped me today and she was wonderful! She was extremely helpful and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my shopping experience!
As a longtime customer of Zales, 10 plus years, I have to say there is no other diamond/gold store that meets my expectations. The manager, Marilyn Daniel is always professional, and knowledge of the jewelry and relative questions concerning jewelry care and insurance.
Fantastic personal at this location, especially since we were from out of town. They treated us like we were regular customers.
