I was originally so disappointed with the ring I got for my daughter because a small diamond fell out and she hadn’t even had it a year. Cher, the Store Manager, located at Chesterfield Towne Center, was wonderful in working with us and getting a refund on the item. It is because of her that we will continue to shop from Zales.
I’m giving a one star because this is literally the only Zales near me so I only have this option to get my ring fixed when needing a repair unless I take a trip to the Fredericksburg location. I have an engagement ring and a wedding band but I currently only wear my wedding band so my engagement ring was rhodium plated and has been left in a box since and I also had the wedding band done then as well but since I wear it all the time it of course needed another rhodium plating done since it’s white gold.
