Thre is literally always an issue with their pricing, system or something every single time I come to the store. The associates always seem confused. They have the watch prices at $130 (on the tag) but said it’s $155. I’m inclined to think they don’t want to sell jewelry there smh.

Terrible i went to buy a silver braclet for a anniversary and it was priced at $200 i was told they had a 40% sale so I was happy to get it lower, then when it was rang up I was told the price was $300 and no discount for the 40%.. would not go back or buy from at all at this point, it doesn't make sense to price wrong and not honor the sale or coupon that you offered. Melanie, thank you so much for all your help today! We’ve been shopping at Zales since 2013, and their customer service has always been top notch. Today was by far our best experience we’ve had yet! After 13 years, it was time to resize my wedding set and fix some missing diamonds. Melanie took her time, and made us feel right at home as she took care of all our questions. It solidified us as long term customers, and we will be back to shop with Melanie at the Clarksville, TN location.
Ti was very helpful and super sweet. She wasn’t pushy at all and helped me pick my perfect new set. Thank you.
