Joyce @ the Volusia Mall Was so helpful. Extremely knowledgeable. Alan and I came in for a promise ring, went to Kay’s first and the girl just blew us off. Joyce again is top notch.
The lady I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. However I did not like that I was immediately pointed to the clearance upon entering. Just because someone doesn’t dress a certain way, does not mean they don’t have money. I ended up buying a ring elsewhere.
I went in the store to get a watch and Mrs. Joyce approached me immediately to help me out. I immediately knew she was trustworthy, honest, and had my best interest in mind. With her caring demeanor and motherly touch she is my first jewelry and only jeweler I will ever use. Thank you again and I look forward to my next purchase!
