Great place to go if you want to buy a ring and take five times as long to make the purchase as it would to just buy it in their website.

I have never visited a store with such great customer service! Gines and the other associates did an immaculate job with customer service. I don't usually write reviews, but my experience at Zales in Livingston is well deserving of it. Gines is extremely patient and helpful and due to his awesome customer service, it caused me to spend more than I anticipated! Lol... I will be coming back!
