I had such a great experience at Zales in Bassett! Evelyn and Matthew were both so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They provided amazing customer service, were very knowledgeable, and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. The customer service at Zales at Bassett center is fenomenal!! Matthew went the extra mile to help me find the exact anniversary ring I lost. Jenny, also looked for the ring in her system and asked Matthew to come and help us our. Both sales representatives were super courteous and seemed to really care! Thank you!!
Everybody here on this state was spectacular. They could’ve dropped the person more but everybody was awesome. This was our second time here.
