I had the absolute BEST experience at Zales thanks to Renee! She helped me pick out my bridal bands and my fiancé’s wedding band, and she made the entire experience feel so special and exciting. She was incredibly sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect rings for our wedding day. Buyer BEWARE Please be sure to read reviews for Zales Comoany not stores, because we do not want anyone to go through this. My fiance bought my engagement ring at Zales. We embarked on a two week trip of a life time across the country where he proposed. Unfortunately, the ring did not fit. We took it in for a resizing immediately when we came back because it was beautiful and friends/family wanted to see the ring! I of course wanted to wear it.
