I have been engaged since New Year’s Eve. The ring was too small and my fiancé was told it would only take 8 days to size it when he asked upon purchase….when we dropped it off, it jumped to a week and a half…I then called for an update at that time only to hear that it’s actually 2 weeks….NOW, it’s probably going to be here this week. I had a very disappointing experience with the Trumbull store, which was in sharp contrast to the excellent service I received at the Woodbury Commons location in New York. At Woodbury Commons, the staff were professional and helpful during my purchase. They suggested transferring my jewelry to a nearby store for pickup, and based on their recommendation, we requested that the item be sent to the Trumbull store. Diana was Amazing!!! She replaced my damaged box from my online order and wrapped everything so nicely. Both gifts I bought online were beautifully wrapped and in a nice bag. For the one being mailed to Puerto Rico, she even added extra bagging to make sure the earrings wouldn’t get messed up during delivery. She was very professional and offered to wrap the boxes without me even asking. Diana’s customer service was WONDERFUL!
Take your business elsewhere These people has zero knowledge on how to treat customers. They promise something and can not fulfill Putting words in my mouth and my email that I have not spoken or written. Even when I tried to confront the store manager she started raising her voice and not even trying to make things right.
