I went to Zales today at Harford Mall, Belair, MD. I took a steel necklace from Etsy in with me to get a more secure clasp added. The necklace is for my 13 yr old grandson of a baseball and date engraving to honor his recently deceased grandpop.Fred assisted me and showed the necklace on a magnified screen . His knowledge and mannerisms were just plain wonderful. He truly wanted to determine a way to reinforce the clasp and within minutes did exactly that!
