My girlfriend had ordered a bracelet off of the Zales website for me as a gift, but it was too big. She took the bracelet up there to see if they can resize it and the lady there said they could not do it and was not completey clear as to why. Yesterday my husband and I went to pick up my earrings that were sent off to be fixed. I understand it is not the sales representatives fault that the earrings were not fixed to my liking. However the attitude/treatment she gave us was very passive. She even went back to the computer and mumbled something to her coworker which I was not able to hear exactly what was said but as a loyal customer it was very disappointing on the treatment we received.
