John and Vangeline provided excellent service and walked us through the steps for our trade in with ease. John particularly was our salesman who took his time and went over several ring sets until my wife found the set for her. John was very patient and knowledgeable on all of Zales rings product lines. Vangeline was also a big help and assisted with sizing my wife and explaining the care needed for her new rings. DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY WILL NOT DISCLOSE ALL INFO NEEDED WHEN OPENING UP A CREDIT CARD. ITS SUPPOSED TO BE 24 MONTHS 0% APR BUT YOUR BEING CHARGED $68 A MONTH IN “fees” IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP YOUR BALANCE DOWN BECAUSE OF ALL THE FEES THEY CHARGE MONTHLY WITH THEIR CREDIT CARD. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO BBB
I visited the store multiple times and John was excellent from start to finish! Evangeline helped out when John was absent so be sure to ask for them BOTH!
