I had a wonderful experience. I have used Zales for most of the jewelry I have purchased in the past and never had a bad experience, but Manny and Reese were by far the best. They worked well together and made my shopping experience so much better. Normally I get overwhelmed when looking at jewelry but they made it fun and enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this specific store to all my friends and family. Thanks again to both of you. Joe

Last year for Christmas 2024 I had an amazing experience with Dianne & Makaila. To the point that is the ONLY reason I decided to do my 2025 Christmas shopping at Zales in Reading Berkshire mall. amazing customer service, keep up the great work!!!
