Dianne Wenger was an absolute pleasure to work with. I went in looking for a wedding band but very unsure what I exactly wanted and she took the time to listen to me and give her expertise on what would look best or what my options were with what I seemed to like! She was very nice and I feel like she went above and beyond her job to make me feel comfortable and not like she was just pushing for a sale she actually listened and was very sweet! More people need to love their job like you can tell she does!
I have a Movado watch and the bracelet (band) broke. I had a great experience with Reese at Zales in the Berkshire Mall. Reese advised that she would install the new bracelet I ordered from Movado directly. I will return to their store to make future purchases. A big thank you to Reese for taking the time to do this. Had a great experience here , the staff was amazing and very helpful .i would return anytime . I’m very thankful , they helped me with a quick repair and made my wife very happy . Highly recommend .
