Always a great experience at zales. Amy was great along with the other sales associates. Send out my ring and my husband necklace to get polish, clean and fix and this time was a fast service. Very happy and will recommend this place .

ZALES APPARENTLY DO NOT SALE REAL TUNSGTEN!!. Tungsten do not scratch easily in a less of 2 weeks of regular use. Salesperson on shift give me a hard time and questioning why I returned and to order a new one and Zales pushing to much in a warranty due apparently the jewerly do not last.
Amazing experience. Ms Amy helped my Husband and I from the second we walked in. Got the ring I dreamed of for our 7 year anniversary and for a great price with the Valentine’s day sale. We will be back to see Amy in the future!
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my wedding ring set thanks to Carla and Amy. Carla really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped guide me through the different diamond cuts and styles so I could make the best decision. She made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Amy also made the checkout process incredibly smooth and quick. Both of them were professional, helpful, and genuinely kind.
