Nicole was amazing to work with! Super nice and she knows her diamonds!! Thanks so much Nicole! I’ll be back! 😊
If you are shopping for any jewelry the staff at the Wesley chapel Zales are amazing. I worked with Amy specifically and she was so attentive and clear. I was easily able to understand all of the details about the jewelry I was purchasing and also easily able to send in my prior pourchasses jewelry for repair under the warranty. I 100% recommend purchasing the lifetime warranty as is covers everything.
Great store!!! Always very helpful. Have brought multiple pieces of jewelry with never any issues and customer service is always impeccable. Ask for Amy she is super helpful.
Professional, knowledgeable, so nice to all of us! Thank you Amy for great service and helping us pick the perfect bridal sets! 💓
Amy and Sarah were so kind and helpful with helping me pick a band for fiance. Made the process simple and stress free.
