The manager never returns my phone call. I've called over 6 times to speak to her. She is avoiding helping me out with a repair of my ring. I have been a loyal customer of Zales for over 19 years and now I get treated with no professional courtesy. It maybe time to take my business elsewhere.
Buying jewelry is easy although I NEVER asked for an extended warranty I was automatically charged $100 when I never was asked for it… two years later the battery in my watch died and needed to be replaced… they have had my watch for two months and I keep calling.. two months!!! A battery change!!!!
