Went to zales in fair oaks mall and was treated like a family member.. the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. Ms Sabrina greeted me with a smile and her customer service was top notch. Kudos to Sabrina and the team at zales fair oaks. They are all superstars!!!

I went to Zales yesterday with my friends, one soon to be fiancé, and had the best experience with Triana! I explained that we needed to get my girl ring sized and try on some rings so she can get a feel and Triana made us feel so welcome and explained everything in depth. She made sure my girl tried in all different cuts just in case and she actually did a 180 and completed changed her ring shape.
