Came here 3 separate times to have my locket repaired. First time they lost it. Second time it broke in my hands as I was in the store. Third time it broke an hour after I left! Each time I came in the customer service was subpar and dare I say even rude! Ended up having to go to a third party jewelry store and received the best service! I hate coming here every 6 months to get my ring checked and cleaned for warranty. The staff doesn’t acknowledge you and I have to wait a long time each time for something that takes less than 5 minutes.
