Leigh Ann is the best! I haven't been a Zales customer for long. In the few months I've worked with them Leigh Ann managed to give me the best customer service out of every one i worked with at Zales. She is very clear and thorough in explaining Zales insurance policy. Also she is very friendly, i strongly suggest working with her if you can.
