I got two rings for my wife last year and to today we haven’t close the problem. 1: they ruined one of the rings and never fixed, they gave us a ring for exchange but that ring didn’t last a month because fault a part, and they destroy our ring. 2: I called the customer service for the company and they told me they will call me back soon, this is the month of June (still waiting) someone called me about a month or so, I called back and no answer or response.
