I had a great experience shopping at the mall in Orlando. I purchased a gold piece,at zales and the manager who assisted me was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I have been going to Colleen at the Altamonte location for years. She has been so helpful to not only myself but other members of my family and friends. She takes her time and never rushes through our visit. She always makes sure to not only show me pieces that I think I may like but also shows me other options that I may not have considered. She is absolutely amazing and I will definitely be back to see her.

I’ve been going to see Colleen for all my jewelry needs since 2017. She knows her stuff when it comes to jewelry and always takes the time to make sure you get exactly what you want! She helped me custom build a new wedding ring and her expertise helped me get something I absolutely loved. She also makes sure to get you the best deal and doesn’t try and just push the most expensive items the store has. I highly recommend going to see her for any and all jewelry needs!
