My wedding band (not from Zales) broke and I needed a temporary ring for the time being. Wildallas showed me rings in my price range and I was in and out so fast! I found the perfect replacement and didn’t feel pressured at all! Definitely a pleasure working with her 😊
Zales Altamonte is amazing. Specifically Wildalis! I had a necklace that was very special to me that broke. I got it with a charm that says “Mom” 3 months after my mom passed away. The original place I got it from wouldn’t honor my warranty because unbeknownst to me it was only good for 12 months. Wildalis walked over to the place I originally got it from to find out exactly what chain it was so they could fix it properly .
Wildolis Garcia reshaped my bent up ring and cleaned it and made it look and fit great again. She was very kind and gave exceptional customer service.
