Took way too long any time we had to go in. All the employees were either rude or didn't know what they were talking about. We bought the insurance on my husband's wedding ring, and when it needed fixed or replaced after 5 years they made it an ordeal even though we had all the paperwork. They were unable to replace with the same ring, so said we had to choose a new one.
