Eva was incredible. She was very attentive to our needs, as far as the type of ring my fiancé wanted to get me. We went to different jewelry stores and did not get the type of care she showed us. She’s definitely part of the reason my fiancé bought the ring from Zales. She definitely get my “yes” to come back to Zales.
Brandin was amazing! My experience with him was one of the best I’ve had in retail in many years. He listened to me and took his time to provide me with the best customer service! Thank you’

This my second time coming to Zales and having Hava assist me. She is very knowledgeable about the jewelry selections and gave me great advice on my needs. She is also very personable which majes me feel very welcomed. I will be back for cleanings and upgrades and hope to work with Hava in the future.
