Willow and Tresa have been amazing! I came in twice while shopping for my vow renewal. I probably asked too many questions but they were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend both ladies as they are professional and incredibly patience. Teresa and Willow are definitely worth and raise in their paycheck and can't wait to pick up my husband's ring. And definitely in the future will have to look for a ring upgrade for myself with one of these wonderful women. ☺️

Michelle first worked on me a week ago, she was patient and helpful. Another young girl also worked on me when I returned a week after to pick my ring after re.sizing. However I was not happy with the older lady at the store, she suspiciously looked at me the first time and second time when I came to the store. She made me really uncomfortable, when I tried to greet her as I waited to be attended to, she by passed me still with a suspicious look and wasn’t even bothered by my gesture.

My husband frequently buys me jewelry from this location. While I was running errands nearby, I came in (straight from the gym wearing leggings and an oversized sweatshirt) and asked to get my diamond earrings cleaned. The young girl consultant was incredibly kind and helpful, but I cannot say the same about the older lady manager. She kept on looking over at me as if I was the scum of the earth and talked down to me like I was beneath her. I went into Zales with a broken necklace. Caroline greeted me and offered to help. I was thinking I was going to have to purchase a new necklace, which was unfortunate as this necklace had sentimental significance. Caroline offered an option to have the necklace repaired instead, which was something I did not even consider. She could have kept that part to herself and made a quick sale, but Caroline clearly is a customer first thinker. If I owned a business, she is the kind of employee I would look to hire.
