I struggled at how many stars to give this store inside the alderwood mall. The first time I visited, there was a very nice young lady working who was very helpful. The last two times, the woman who has red hair helped me out. She was very nice and helpful and professional. However, there were two other women, one I know for sure was there both times and another I am not sure. The woman looks to be maybe a lead or manager of the store. All of the ladies were very nice, but Eva polished my and my wife’s wedding rings. And she did it for free!
I just want to say that the professional and knowing what to look for in my diamonds hands down go to Tresa and Willow! Thank you, both! I had such a great experience shopping for my forever pieces. I now have a wish list!!
