I walked into Zales with a broken ring less than 24 hours before my wedding. I was stressed and afraid I wouldn’t be able to be accommodated. Caroline was the one who helped us out and she was absolutely amazing!! She was sweet, understanding, and did everything in her power to make things right for us.
