I’ve had an amazing experience at Zales in Alderwood Mall thanks to Eva, Caroline, and Lovely Manager Willow. They have helped me tremendously with sizing my bracelets to adjusting my rings, and sorting out multiple details with patience and professionalism. Went there to browse and employees were nice at first and asked if I was looking for anything in particular and then just became passive aggressive when I said just browsing and was staring at me super dead in the eyes and it made me extremely uncomfortable. And also I was looking at rings that looked nice to me and I tried checking them out but an employee redirected me to the "fashion jewelry" section because the one I was previously looking at were "wedding rings". The customer service here was so wonderful<3 Everyone was so so kind. Tresa was a doll and really took the time to make sure I left happy and helped me out with something that I realized I could have done at home. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here and they made this process so easy.
