Miss Sophia and Mr. Jean at Zales in Oxford Valley Mall really assisted us to the best of their ability and it paid off. We would definitely recommend if you guys are in the market for jury go to Zales in Oxford Valley Mall, very professional very courteous and my wife is very happy. It was a wonderful experience. My wife had jewelry that was bought at Zales (Oxford Valley Mall location on the 2nd floor), due for its 6 month check up. We also needed repair done on another ring of hers. We were met by Sophia Halloway (store manager) and a gentleman named Felix shadowing her in training. Both were so friendly, knowledgeable, & professional.
