Went in last week to see about getting one of my wife's diamonds replaced. Alyx took care of me. I wasnt looking to buy. Im a salesman and can see the pitches a mile away. Alyx didn't pitch, she listened, understood and filled a need. It was by far my best experience. Didn't feel bamboozled, or taken advantage of. My wife absolutely loved the ring. And it fit well with the wedding band. 10/10 recommend. GO SEE ALYX!!!

Alyx at the Zales in Langhorne PA is AMAZING!! She was a tremendous help in assisting me with purchasing a ring for my wife. On 12/13/25 approximately between 6:30pm-7:00pm my husband and I visited the Zales store located inside Oxford Valley Mall in Langhorne, PA. We was extremely excited because we are in the early stages of planning our 10 year vow renewal. We entered the store and was never acknowledged or greeted.
