What more can I say about Lou Ann Baker. I went to Zales Jewelers with only an idea of what I wanted. Her customer service was phenomenal. She immediately came over to me, introduce herself and then asked my name to help build a brief rapport with me. Afterwards, she gave me time and space to ponder and make decisions about my purchase, without interrupting. My experience on Saturday was awesome. Today I'm picking up the item was horrible customer service by Arville at the humble location in deer brook mall. Nothing like I received Saturday they were awesome helpful sweet great customer service. Please don't treat anyone horrible no matter what kind of day you're having.
