Nice people very helpful
Lou Ann at the Deerbrook mall was amazing. Came in for semi annual inspection. Went to Woodlands location previously and was told they couldn’t do anything without my paperwork and I had to go to the location I picked the item up from. Lou Ann got it figured out in just a minute and was super friendly.
Store closed at 10:15am, despite both website and phone recording saying they are open. Cannot pickup order as planned. All shutters closed, no employees or lights to indicate they are about to open.
It was a great experience sales person was very helpful and patient with me and my fiance love the wedding band for myself so did my fiance thanks very much.
