Anahí was super professional when I walked in and she helped me with my watch along with my father's watch. I came back about an hour later to thank her n show my gratitude as she was able to find a solution to my father's watch. She deserves praise for her excellent service and problem solving! I’m definitely coming back to buy a gold chain I set my eyes on! All thanks to Anahi!
I went into the store to shop for a ring, and Lou Ann was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and truly listened to everything I was looking for. She took the time to understand my style and helped me find the perfect ring without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Her customer service was beyond outstanding—she genuinely cares about helping you find what you love, not just making a sale. That level of kindness, patience, and professionalism is hard to come by.
