Alex was the worst sales person ever. We send my wedding band to get fixed and when I went to pick up it was in worst conditions. The edges were so sharp it could literally cut my finger off. Alex said don’t worry we will get a replacement in a a few weeks. Over 3 months passed I come pick up the ring and Alex says it will arrive tomorrow (which is today) no one calls me no email update nothing, so I come with my wife Alex lied about coming coming in today because he called out of the game (according to another sales women) ... read more
