My fiancee got my ring from this Zales with Alex's help and I loved it. By default I went there to get his, and Alex helped me too. He is a great listener and found exactly what I was looking for!
I visited the Zales Diamond Store at Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City today, where I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Sadia Gafur. I was there to make a few purchases, and she assisted me with great professionalism, care, and efficiency. Thank you, Sadia, for your excellent service.
Alex was phenomenal to work with, regardless of the industry!! Knowledgeable, friendly and not in a rush to simply make a sell.
Christina is fantastic. I have bought multiple pieces from her from earrings to my wedding bands. She doesn’t pressure you to purchase things and gives you amazing insight on jewelry. Makes me want to come back and see her for my jewelry needs
Mahima was very kind and helpful! Such a great experience.
