I am writing this review to warn others about the terrible customer service at the Zales in La Cantera, specifically from an employee named Lauren. My girlfriend and I came in to get a watch link added to my watch. I had even called ahead and was told by someone on the phone that because I had gotten it resized there just a couple months prior, this service would be free. Had an amazing customer service experience with Ernesto! He went above and beyond for me today so I could purchase and wear my Bulova watch, out of the store, perfectly fitted for my birthday!! Thank you so much for all your help.
We had the best experience at Zales at La Cantera thanks to Janine! We went a few months back to get some ideas for an upgrade for our anniversary and she was amazing. So patient, so kind, and was not forceful. We decided to think about our decision. Went back a few weeks later and was so happy she was there again. She yet again went above and beyond for us to help find the dream ring. Thanks again!
