Online says they Park Place Mall Zales is open. Drove over 30 minutes to get my ring serviced and the store is not completely closed and phone is not in service. This is not the first time this store has closed without updating their online status.
They use to have the best team working here, but the 2 young ladies currently working were 30 minutes late to opening and pretentious for no reason.
Chelsey was very helpful. She was amazing.
I am very pleased with my experience here, the lady i worked with was very low pressure, kind and really helped me find the engagement ring i wanted. I would recommend this store to anyone.
