I can’t even begin to describe the level of unprofessionalism from this location and its regional manager. They have had my wedding ring for SIX MONTHS and it has gone out more than SEVEN TIMES for repairs. Each time, it comes back with a new issue that did not exist before. I do not want a new ring as this is my sentimental wedding set that my husband proposed with.
