I wish I could give half a star. The assistant manager, Lana, was extremely unprofessional and rude during my visit. Her attitude made me feel very unwelcome, and honestly, it’s enough to make me not want to return to this store. Very disappointing experience.
We found the perfect ring here and we are so excited! Lana helped us and she was great! She was very patient and answered all of our questions.
