Great experience found what I needed fast
We came in for a jewelry cleaning. April Scales took care of us and pointed out critical services that were needed on both rings. She went above and beyond and did a deep dive in the system to locate our diamond bond/warranty paperwork in the system. Her actions ultimately saved us out of pocket expenses. She went one step further and updated my contact information in the system to make further searches smooth.
