A bunch of unprofessional and scam group of ladies who work there including their manager. They first off start with saying everything is included and free in the beginning to gain your interest. Then once you apply for a cc and pay then they smirk and tell you, sizing and any other add on like engraving are an extra charge. When all of these were stated as ‘free’ in the beginning.
