Randy & Jane went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the chain I was buying. I was there to make a return on it and with their professional customer service him and Jane made sure they did not lose a customer and offered me a chain I am more than happy with. I am very thankful for finding patient people in customer service. This will definitely be my store moving forward.
