I went into Zales randomly on my son’s 18th birthday to buy myself a little something special because he is leaving for college in 18 days and life will completely change! We came in for watch batteries. Assistant manager Laura went got the watches cleaned, buffed, wound, and did the battery swaps herself, all in 5 minutes. She was so happy to help, and we were so appreciative of her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. Customer service like hers is hard to come by. If you are in need of jewelry in the Boston area please go see Laura!
