Came in to get an inspection and cleaning for my ring. The associate (an older gentleman) who every time I’ve come in this location is talking excessively asked for my warranty number and entered in the inspection without inspecting the ring and put in the cleaning machine. I don't know what happened when the staff, and the manager, at this location were trained in customer service, but they are some of the most condescending and rude people I've ever dealt with at Zales. They refuse to answer questions and help with warranty repairs/replacements. The manager acts as if you're ruining his life if you ask questions about the warranty process or if you correct him on the quality of some pieces they sell. The staff is amazing but I've came by this location a few times thinking they were closed only to find out that it was a wall preventing us from seeing in. The new layout of the store is less than appealing for a jewelry store. I loved the personal touch the store had prior with the warm lighting. Again if it weren't for Zales online pickup I wouldn't have known this location was even open. As a consumer jewelry stores have a specific esthetic and atmospheric vibe.
