I had an amazing experience with the Zales in McDonough! I placed an online order for pickup, but my GPS showed I wouldn’t arrive until 7:06 p.m., and they closed at 7:00. I called the store, explained that I needed the item for an upcoming trip, and asked if someone else could pick it up for me. When I was told I had to pick it up myself, the gentleman on the phone kindly offered to wait a few extra minutes so I could make it. That level of customer service meant so much to me. This location is absolutely HORRIBLE when it comes to customer service. I was gifted 2 watches and they were both purchased from here. I came in to get a few links taken out and I was told that the person who is able to do it is not in that day, but they referred me to Mor’s jeweler who will charge me $30 to get this service done. This service should be done by zales for free, not referred to their friends down the street to get more money out of their customers after spending over $1k in watches.
