We just drop a necklace for repair, and Leslieanne was amazing, A+ in customer service.
Andre did a fantastic job assisting my mother and I with finding a ring. Although we didn’t find the right one, he did phenomenal job. Great professionalism at best.
I brought my diamond ring and wedding bands in to discuss possible damage and sizing of the rings. I was reassured that the damage was very small and not noticeable. The sizing issue resolved by a barely visible addition. They also cleaned and polished the rings and did not charge me anything! The customer service was excellent. I will definitely make my next jewelry purchase here at Zale’s.
