My Fiancé ordered a ring online, when we got the ring, a prong was bent on it. Took it back to Fayetteville, NC Zales, they said they could send off to have repaired, and answered all of our questions, they were very helpful. We asked if they could look and see if any other Zales close around had it, as I didn't want to be without it for 2-3 weeks. The plan was to just exchange for the same ring, if so.
