Warm, welcoming, wonderful experience with Mark and his colleague, very professional and customer service oriented.
I had a phenomenal experience at this store thanks to Ellen the Asst. Manager. She went the extra mile to help me locate my diamond bond, and got my ring repaired quicker than expected.
Christine is not only helpful... But she made me laugh...
If you are looking for jewelry, but aren’t completely sure what you’re looking for, go see Ellen at the Springfield mall location. She was absolutely wonderful and incredibly patient with me as I asked to look at many different pieces of jewelry. She was so kind and patient with me even with my extreme indecisiveness. 10/10 recommend going to see her
