Thank you to Hannah and Christine! I came in for my 6-month jewelry inspection and one of my diamonds was discovered to be loose. I was given the option to send it for repair. I knew I had a warranty on the piece but somehow, the computer systems did not show it. Both Christine and Hannah were extremely patient and kind as I came back to the store with a file folder of paperwork on various items purchased at Zales over the past 10 years.
