Recently bought a ring here and needed it resized so I could propose to my girlfriend. The lady who sold me the ring was amazing (Keeta, I hope I spelled that right.) if I could give her five stars I would. and everyone who helped me after the sale were amazing but my main complaint is with the repair shop. We have been Zales customers since 1993, but today may have ended that. We are new to North Carolina but have dealt with Zales in two other states with absolutely no problems. Today, we went into a local Zales to submit two diamond rings for inspections as per the agreement on our Diamond Bonds.
