Had an excellent experience at Zales thanks to Brianna, who went above and beyond during multiple visits to help me purchase two engagement rings. She was consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly patient, guiding me through everything from sizing to detailed photos. Her attention to detail and genuine care made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the quality of service throughout.

So I really didn't know what to expect going into my first time ring shopping. Went to a few jewelry stores and wasn't thrilled with not only the ring selections but also the service. Well that all changed once I walked into Zales at Freehold mall. I was met with a friendly smile right from the start from Brianna.
