Bought a gold diamond & pearl ring from Zales, after 3 months the pearls fell out when I was just wearing it around the house. Brought it to Zales to have them fix it it, and it took 3 times sending it back to their repair shop for it to finally have an actual pearl in it because it kept coming back with a silver ball instead of a real pearl.
