Just purchased some Jewelery for my wife’s birthday and Kim had an amazing customer service attitude throughout the entire transaction as she was helping me out and show me different options. I also came from Kevin‘s jewelers in the same mall which I was about to pay almost double for the same exact jewelry I purchased at Zales.
