We had such a great first-time experience at Zales, and Eva was a big part of that! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient throughout our visit. She made us feel comfortable, answered all of our questions, and was genuinely helpful without being pushy. We really appreciated her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend asking for Eva if you visit Zales!
