I love this store
Ordered a gold cross pendant Zales online about the fourth time I wore the necklace the clasp broke. Poor Quality..It should have lasted longer than two months! Took it to this Zales retail store for exchange or refund. The sales person wasn’t helpful at all. Was going to charge $45 to send for repair. This could have been handled better. Salesperson kept harping about I should have purchased a warranty. ZALES doesn’t stand behind their jewelry quality anymore.
Charlotte was so helpful. I definitely will continue to visit this store.
