Great experience at Zales in the Woodlands mall. Destinee and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find the perfect gift for my wife. Will definitely be returning here for my next jewelry purchase.

Very disappointed in this location. I took a ring I bought from them to get an estimate to fix a chipped stone. I went to pick it up and when I got there they told me that they didn’t do the estimate they just looked at it and sent it back. The lady there apologized and sent it again to get an estimate. Two weeks pass by and I get no calls or emails in regard to my ring so I called to see what was going on and if the estimate was ready. Sales associate wasn’t knowledgeable at all, she referred me to customer service for something she claimed she was unable to do, which led me to being on hold for almost two hours just for customer service to call her back and then she did it right away. Wasted my time going back to the store and wasted time sitting on phone with customer service.
