My experience with Zales has always been incredibly helpful with top notch service. Their warranty and replacement services have been a wonderful comfort for every piece we have purchased. My most recent warranty replacement purchase was a doozy and Amal and the staff at Zales were incredibly helpful, communicative and engaging. I highly recommend them in all regards.
The guy who works there seems very judgemental and unwilling to help you unless you're spending a bunch of money. I went to inquire about a ring I saw on sale on the Zales website. I just wanted to see if they had the same one or something similar to have idea what it looks like in person. I showed him the ring and when he saw the price he answered me by saying we don't carry anything that low of price. I replied with oh ok, but do you have something similar to this ring. Extremely rude. Workers act extremely entitled as if you owed them something. Didn't believe me when I told them I got the piece from Zales, they proceeded to verify it and when they pulled the name up went "What kind of name is that?" Would never come back to deal with unnecessary attitudes.
