The manager, Marissa, the assistant manager Preston, and another employee named Aubrey spent over 2 hours helping us fix what another store in a different state had completely botched. They made sure we knew exactly what had happened to our rings. They told us every part of the process to fix it. They reached out to customer service for further support, and they even went as far as reprinting paperwork to help us feel more organized in knowing what we had and how to read it.
