I am giving this rating 2 stars because of my experience with Zales corporate and the experience of how my jewelry has been handled with repairs. The staff at this location however are nice they would get 5. I have taken my wedding ring to be fixed 3 times now and each time another problem arises because of Zales poor craftsmanship. 1. 2 Diamonds fell out weeks after owning the band 2.
