I brought in a piece of jewelry that was pretty messed up, expecting the worst. Instead of just taking the easy route and replacing it, they went completely out of their way to actually repair it. Their craftsmanship, care, and dedication to saving my item meant a lot. Fantastic customer service.
Sarah was very nice and gave us great information about sourcing stones for an engagement ring. Great service!
Annette was amazing. I came in with my son who was purchasing an engagement ring for his girlfriend and he was on a budget. Annette took her time and helped him find the perfect ring! We went to a couple of other stores and the customer service was trash in comparison. I’m so glad that Annette was our sales person and my son found his perfect ring.
Sales person was wonderful and knowledgeable
Great store and staff
