Ordered online a chain - went to pickup- chain was damaged- person who packed it didn’t see the chain bent in three places. Very disappointing. But they did refund my money no questions asked. And that’s the only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1.
A wonderful store for getting an engagement ring. The staff is absolutely incredible, especially Sharlene. She helped pick out a custom ring and kept me updated from start to finish. Zales is reasonably priced and overall wonderful experience, highly recommend.

Listen, I can’t say enough about this store or the staff. My boyfriend and I went in on a serious budget. We know these aren’t our permanent rings but we wanted something nice in the meantime. Chelsi and Sharlene immediately started running around the store to find any and all options in our price range. When the options in-store weren’t really to my taste, they hopped online.
