Sara was absolutely wonderful when we visited. Not only was she attentive and helpful, she took the time to understand what it was that my boyfriend and I were specifically looking for. You could tell that she genuinely cares about the costumers and she is just magnificent to interact with. Definitely recommend this place for anyone who’s looking for engagement rings too!

I had a great experience at Zales and wanted to recognize the excellent service I received. Chelsi was incredibly helpful from start to finish—she took the time to help me identify my jewelry, cleaned it beautifully, and made it look like new again. On top of that, she helped me pick out the perfect Mother’s Day gift, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. Her knowledge, patience, and friendly attitude really stood out. I highly recommend stopping in and asking for Chelsi if you can. 5 stars all the way!

Had a really great experience with the sales team! As soon as we walked in, a friendly female associate greeted us right away and made us feel welcome. She was incredibly helpful and patient, especially when assisting me with trying on different necklaces. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable without any pressure. Definitely appreciated the excellent customer service!
