Horrible management that lacks customer service skills
We stopped in to buy our daughter some earrings right before Christmas and Dawn(I hope I’m remembering her name correctly) was so very friendly and helpful she quickly found us a few options that were exactly what we wanted! They had such a good sale going on we bought her 2 pairs instead of 1. We will definitely be back.
I can’t say enough good things about Zales!!!! You must go and see Danielle and Dawn they are amazing you won’t be disappointed!!!
Dawn was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable today. She also cleaned my ring while I was deciding what earrings to get. Thank you Dawn!
Sharlene did a fantastic job helping my future finance pick out our engagement rings! She was very easy to talk to and guided us in the perfect direction to our rings! Definitely recommend her and this location!
