I come here every 6 months to get my wedding set sent out for cleaning and inspection. I usually love the care we receive. well yesterday my husband decided since we are due to have our baby any day now he wanted to buy me a pair of earrings during our last hoorah before the baby comes as driving out to Savannah is no longer an option for me. If you go here, make sure you don't deal with Rebecca, she is so rude. Everyone else is great!!!! I do not know how Rebecca became a manager but she doesn't need to manage anything. I couldn't believe she talked to me that way. I went to the other mall and got Vanessa to help me and she was very sweet and I got a different and better result. Rebecca is terrible. Do not go deal with her...you cant miss her, shes a short white lady with horns.
This location is TERRIBLE, the manager is extremely rude, and she will talk your head off while you are talking to someone else, I was dealing with kaitlin and she was very nice and the manager just came up and interrupted and started to talk and talk and talk. And she interrupted so much I barely understood what my sales lady was telling me. The manager is a real pest here.
